    The Executive Assistant (“EA”) to the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) is responsible for partnering with the Senior EA to the COO to optimize the COO’s efficiency through effective administrative support.  This position will report to the Senior EA to the COO, who in return, reports to the COO.

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has a very positive, mature approach and values the importance of being part of a cohesive team. This role provides exposure to all facets of the business as well as key constituents such as clients, directors, and other members of executive management.


    • Interface with the COO and COO’s contacts on his behalf, including clients, board members, senior executives, employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Prepare and distribute external and internal correspondence including letters, emails, and memos. Must independently translate conceptual direction into appropriate communications.
    • Coordinate meeting schedule and travel arrangements (domestic and international) while using independent judgment on priorities.
    • Maintain physical and electronic filing system for COO; ensure filing is timely.
    • Lead and manage special projects on behalf of the COO as they arise.
    • Assist Senior EA with tasks as required or assigned.
    • Provide input and suggestions for continuous improvements in processes, culture, client experience, and other areas.
    • Build relationships with colleagues across the company.
    • Perform other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned.
    • Responsibilities include the following:  1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training,  4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.  


    • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
    • 5+ years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant
    • Absolute discretion with confidential information
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Extremely strong attention to detail
