    About the Role:

    We are looking for a hands on Senior Marketing Manager, focused on B2B marketing who will be responsible for driving top of funnel product growth.

     

    Responsibilities

    You Will:

    • Design and manage the user acquisition marketing plans for Eagle Lending products. (I.e.: Eagle One for Business, Professional Loan Program, and Student Loan Refinancing)
    • Manage a budget and maximize ROI on marketing spend
    • Share your learnings by leading meetings with executives and product managers
    • Work in teams within an intimate, fast company environment and wear many hats
    • Support student loan refinancing related initiatives and help drive sales adoption
    • Communicate with product and business stakeholders to ideate marketing initiatives and receive buy-in to develop plans and goals that support their business objectives
    • Support product sales teams through industry events, partnerships and sponsorship opportunities and provide marketing support
    • Research and organize prospect list of regional clubs, organizations and associations to target for client acquisition and affiliate partnerships for target audience
    • Provide full competitor analysis of other financial institutions targeting professional services
    • Provide merchandise, collateral, and marketing support to sales team for ongoing industry events
    • Oversee collateral piece updates for Eagle One for Business and Professional Loan Program products. Update collateral for Eagle One through rate changes and product updates
    • Manage product promotions and communication for internal sales teams

    Qualifications

     

    • BS/BA, preferably in marketing, business or analytical field; Master's degree preferred
    • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the Financial Industry
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize appropriately with consistent/flawless follow through
    • Ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business goals
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills; Strong command of Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications
    • Exceptional time management and organization skills
    • Collaborative, “hands-on” contributor who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and works well under pressure
    • Strategic, analytical thinker who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive and appropriate urgency
    • Strong project management and strategic partnership skills to drive marketing campaigns with external partners
    • Experienced manager able to hire and develop a marketing and acquisitions team
