The Digital Technology Portal Tech Lead is focused on executing of the Digital Channels strategy and roadmap and partner closely with Digital Channel. Solutions will be in support of an integrated financial service experience incorporating banking, brokerage, wealth management, trust, etc.
The role will be focused on both new technology development as well as providing support for existing solutions, including mobile, analytics, web development, content, self-service support tools, search and social media in an integrated model in alignment with FRB digital strategies, core business systems and architecture.
As a Digital Technology Portal Tech Lead, you will lead a development team and will work closely with multiple business groups, including Digital Channels, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering and Tech Operations, Quality Assurance, Change Management and other business and technology teams to ensure solutions are in alignment with overall strategies. You and your team will work with vendors and offshore QA/development teams as necessary to develop, implement and integration solutions.
