    The Deposit Transition Specialist will be responsible for helping onboard new wealth management teams to the bank. This individual will also work closely with the PWM transition team to ensure all relevant bank documents are complete and sent to the client. They will ensure all bank process and procedures are followed accordingly. They will also act as the deposit liason to the local PWM teams and will continue to work closely with the teams to onboard clients to the Bank post transition/onboarding. 

    Responsibilities


    • Pre-arrival preparation and coordination with banking team for each transition

    • Work closely with the new team and PWM quarterbacks to fufill the new account banking needs

    • Closely monitor the inboxes during transitions and coordinate amongst the banking team to determine who handles each household

    • Open accounts, ensure funding, follow up with wealth team and clients

    • Work closely with Securities Lending

    • Train local bankers in each market where transition is taking place on the proper procedures for these onboardings, and ensure seamless transition to these bankers

    • Be knowlegable on all bank products

    • Ensure a strong working relationship with the PWM quarterbacks/transition team, and help with downstream impacts

    • Consistent follow up with teams to ensure all banking needs of the clients have been met, and ensure new teams are well-versed in the deposit promotions that are available

    • Work a flexible schedule (i.e. nights and weekends during transitions)

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel extensively, if needed

    Mental and Physical Requirements:



    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens


    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person



    • Speech must be coherent and articulate to clearly convey and exchange information



    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time



    • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity
