    The Integrated Marketing Communications team partners closely with business units and project teams across First Republic Bank on internal and external marketing communications and collateral development. Everything from product and regulatory communications to client-facing tools, resources and direct mail falls within our scope. In addition, we provide copywriting and QA to ensure Marketing deliverables reflect First Republic’s established brand tone and voice as well as centralized standards and insights for products and services.


    Role Overview:
    The Sales Enablement Specialist will oversee all aspects of maintaining, distributing and championing marketing materials that support our client-facing teams, including both print and digital assets. This role will require systems expertise, project management, written and verbal communications and strategic thinking.


    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Gain a deep understanding of the First Republic business and Integrated Marketing Communications program
    • Build strong relationships with business unit partners and cross functional subject matter experts to brainstorm, plan and accomplish deliverables efficiently and effectively
    • Be proficient in and responsible for day-to-day administration of digital marketing materials (creating, editing and archiving content) on multiple, connected sites, including our sales enablement tool, intranet and warehouse ordering platform
    • Maintain and configure the various systems to ensure proper inventory, usage and workflows
    • Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement new and improved processes and workflows
    • Review analytics and create reports that reflect performance of materials
    • Train internal users on how to use the technology and continually educate the team on new features and best practices
    • Manage day-to-day administration of physical assets, including printing, inventory, distributions and display racks
    • Manage web-to-print orders and fulfillment
    • Assist with building and gaining adoption of sales enablement calendar to centralize and appropriately time internal initiatives and supporting materials
    • Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure materials and system processes are compliant and meet regulatory expectations in addition to brand standards and guidelines
    • Direct internal creative partners, external agency partners and other vendors on projects, timelines, budgets and deliverables, as needed
    • Support special projects as needs arise



    Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

    • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a related role
    • Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business is ideal
    • Technically savvy – loves to explore technology and adapts quickly
    • Self-starter, highly motivated, analytical, attentive to detail and strategic thinker
    • Has experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to coordinate numerous projects simultaneously
    • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
    • Eye for design, layout and formatting
    • Can analyze complex problems and situations and is solutions driven
    • Collaborative and “hands-on” leader and team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally, and works well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling and style
    • Sound judgment and impeccable discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
    • Maintain a compliance and consumer mindset, including knowledge of financial services regulations and ability to gauge whether there is any potential for risk
    • Strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive and appropriate urgency
    • Enthusiasm for reporting
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Seismic, SharePoint, Workfront or similar software and system experience

    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting as well as walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel as position requires.
    • May be required to lift 25-50lbs.
