    The Project Manager, Architectural Design will work collaboratively with the Architectural Design & Development Team and Senior Management to design, develop and manage all facility projects for the Bank. Projects may include commercial tenant improvements for corporate and regional offices as well as new office and existing office remodels.

    Responsibilities

    • CAD production drawings ranging from conceptual layouts to full work drawings, detail development and coordination.
    • Building code and ADA research, as needed, for a given project.
    • Partner with our mechanical and electrical consultants.
    • Shop drawing and submittal review.
    • May perform some or all construction administration work for a given project.

    Qualifications

    Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    • 5-7 years’ experience in commercial tenant improvement/remodel projects.
    • Degree from accredited architecture or design school.
    • Versatility in Vectorworks a plus.
    • Proficiency with Autocad. Other 3D CAD software a plus.
    • Construction documentation skills required with the ability to develop details for commercial interiors and exteriors, organize document packages and interface with regulatory agencies.
    • Knowledge of building systems, building codes and ADA requirements.
    • Project management & construction administration skills, experience in shop drawing and submittal review.
    • Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities to work with Team members, consultants and contractors.
    • Ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments.
    • Traveling for work will be required from time to time.

    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel as position requires.
    • May be required to lift 25-50lbs.
