We are looking to recruit a results driven leader to grow our NY Business Banking practice. This person will drive growth, build upon a high performance team, deliver on First Republic’s standard of exceptional service, develop a strong reputation for thought leadership and community building in our core verticals, ensure impeccable quality credit and manage operations in a manner that empowers the team to exceed our clients’ expectations. In addition to sourcing new business opportunities, this leader will collaborate effectively with NY Relationship Managers, Wealth Management teams and Preferred Banking Offices to help them develop the significant business opportunities within their relationships.
