    In Lending Services, we document and fund all loans for First Republic. We’re responsible for servicing bank and investor loan portfolios, as well as responding to client and loan team inquiries. The team also supports sales staff in workflow processes, product development, training and compliance. Additionally, we support lending-based systems and vendors and manage technology projects across First Republic product lines.

    As a Change Management and Communications Lead, you will bring use communication channels such as intranets, presentations, newsletters, email bulletins, video and more to share specialized initiatives internally, creating fun and impactful messages.


    What you’ll do as a Change Management and Communications Lead:

    • Execute change management strategies for multiple initiatives that may include stakeholder management, risk assessments and definitions of role responsibilities.
    • Author or coordinate the development of content (via internal/external partners) across multiple channels that include the staff intranet, social media, email, videos and training presentations and materials.
    • Lead the change management and communication efforts for  large-scale initiatives requiring coordination with multiple departments at the Bank.
    • Analyze current strategies across the Lending Services department and provide recommendations for optimizing existing practices and communication channels.
    • Act as an executive coach to the Lending management team to enable them to deliver impactful, consistent and engaging messages to team members and executive audiences.


    You could be a great fit if you have:


    • A bachelor’s degree (in communication, public relations or journalism preferred) and five to seven years of experience in change management or internal communications at a departmental or enterprise level
    • The ability to develop, socialize and deploy strategic communication plans
    • The ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, bringing together multiple experiences to solve diverse problems
    • Experience managing multiple initiatives and adjusting to changing priorities
    • The proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
    • A demonstrated ability to work alongside and manage creative teams, with the ability to quickly forge effective working relationships with a variety of personalities
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite; Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software; video editing software; and Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Publisher or other related systems

    Job Demands:

    • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
