    We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master hybrid to manage delivery of the Corporate Mobile Banking project.




    • Work as a part of a growing, dynamic project team building mobile banking solutions for our corporate client segment.
    • Understand roadmap and vision of business and technical teams and assist in mapping project requests as appropriate.
    • Act as Scrum Master for assigned Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups and retrospectives.
    • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand the expected product functionality and customer requirements.
    • Assist in removing team impediments, and track and metrics for process and progress.
    • Promote collaboration and transparency, and communicate accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
    • Partner with other Scrum Masters and help share and communicate information out to a broader audience.
    • Draft, document and obtain sign off for all required PMO artifacts to ensure compliance with required project management procedures.
    • Manage the project budget and monthly forecasts for assigned projects.
    • Perform regular risk assessments and communicate results to project team. Work to remediate all issues and barriers to progress.
    • Act as trusted liaison and participate in defining solutions to solve complex, multi-disciplinary business problems with long-term implications.
    • Manage the project change control and release processes in accordance with PMO, enterprise, and department-level standards.
    • Manage deliverables from third party vendors as appropriate.


    Required Qualifications

    • Significant (3+ years) working in an Agile or Scrum environment, preferably in Financial Services and Technology.
    • Experience working as a Scrum Master with a clear understanding of agile concepts and principles. Able to show real life, working knowledge of agile product development.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Team player, energetic personality, quality minded, focused, committed, able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment
    • Passion for agile methodology
    • Knowledge of TFS, Jira, CA Rally, Version One, SharePoint / Confluence or other Agile Tools.
    • One or more Agile certifications (CSM, ICP, PMI-ACP) strongly preferred.
    • Able to work in a dynamic, changing environment.

    Additional Qualifications (nice to have)

    • Knowledge or certification in Agile scaling frameworks (SaFE, LeSS, or DaD)
    • Experience working with distributed teams and /or Application Vendors
    • Experience or knowledge on Agile techniques: ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing DevOps

    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
