    This position is responsible for supporting web publishing requests that require updating and creating web content for the external Web environment. It requires knowledge of Web Content Management Systems. The Associate Web Producer will utilize skills in digital content management, focusing on attention to detail, organization, web strategy, and basic HTML to integrate new content into the content management system (CMS). Additionally, this position is responsible for updating and maintaining existing content updates and partnering with the creative services and digital technologies teams, as appropriate.

    • Maintain web content using content management system (Sitecore).
    • Manage and publish content within content management system and related tools.
    • Work cross functionally to help develop landing pages and engaging user content for marketing campaigns.
    • Partner with various business stakeholders to work on content audit and updates.
    • Complete approvals and document process as necessary for content pre-publishing
    • Help maintain and evolve a content control process to ensure high quality web standards.
    • Report and document any issues in the content management system to help improve process flow.
    • Provide weekly report on project status and updates.
    • Monitor digital marketing initiatives for compliance brand standards, accuracy and compliance with WCAG.
    • Help ensure timely posting and tagging of content.
    • Basic image editing tasks with Adobe Photoshop, including cropping, resizing, optimizing for web, and other tasks routine for a content manager.
    • Provide extraordinary service to our clients – business units, partners.

    Qualifications

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including Marketing, Business, Technology, or Communications preferred.
    • 2+ years of professional website production experience working with a content management system.
    • Strong technical web production skills which include working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
    • Detail oriented and is able to prioritize and complete projects timely and accurately to ensure business needs are met.
    • A proactive approach to responsibilities and problem solving.
    • Proven ability to work on own initiative, meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure.
    • Superior organization and time management skills to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
    • Have proven experience delivering website and, as a plus, SEO best practices.
    • Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industry preferred.

    Physical/Mental Requirements

    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
