    The Client Care Analyst will focus on the contact center’s various business initiatives, including, but not limited to process improvement, special projects, audit support, and technology-related enhancements. This individual must have the ability to build positive working relationships with Client Care team members and other departments.

    Responsibilities

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

    • Excellent skills to understand business requirements and business process management, and then translate them to particular reporting, system, or workflow requirements
    • Works with Contact Center leadership to define and meet departmental goals. Serves the as a support liaison with partner groups to accomplish cross-functional initiatives. Ability to communicate and present results in a concise, brief, and summarized fashion
    • Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple data sources to understand challenges and then make recommendations for business change
    • Documents project decisions and project meetings
    • Monitors project and/or program execution and escalates project issues as necessary.
    • Synthesize findings from data analysis and make verbal/written recommendations to upper management
    • Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and with multiple priorities
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient in Excel
    • Strong communication (presentation and verbal) and project management experience
    • Ability to adapt to a fluctuating work pace environment.
    • Displays accuracy and thoroughness, while completing work assignments in a timely manner.
    • Adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance.
    • Ability to function in a PC windows or MAC environment.
    • Must be willing to submit to an extensive background check and credit history.
    • Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
    • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any clients(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of Banking experience 
    • Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in banking/financial services regulatory compliance.
    • Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
    • A strong sense of urgency and superior client service skills.
    • Must be flexible and able to change direction quickly.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle confidential information and has the judgement to escalate issues when appropriate.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
