A Credit Administration Analyst--Validations is responsible for reviewing new commercial loans, renewals and modifications to ensure that various key aspects of the approval conform with both the loan documents and loan accounting system (ASF Level 3). Discrepancies and missing or defective documentation requiring resolution are raised, as applicable, with Executive Loan Committee, Loan Servicing, Relationship Managers and Business Bankers (“bankers”), and corresponding comments entered into the tracking log. Covenants and applicable due date ticklers are confirmed on the tracking system (AFS Exceptions)
Key requirements of the position include developing a strong knowledge of loan documents, covenant monitoring practices, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, a desire to learn, plus the ability to effectively manage time and changing priorities.
