The VP, National Director of Events and Hospitality will oversee the overall event program strategy and team, understanding and aligning with business objectives, nurturing a high-performing team, providing exceptional service to all constituent groups, and leveraging technology and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and report on results.
This role requires the ability to think creatively and with imagination, respond quickly to requests while remaining flexible to changes, and excellent leadership, relationship management, and communication skills. Success in the position over time also requires a passion for and knowledge of the Bank’s business model, value proposition, heritage and culture.
