    First Republic Private Wealth Management is expanding their current Salesforce environment and growing CRM capabilities in this expansion.  We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support this environment while maximizing efficiency and designing solutions for users’ needs.


    The Salesforce Administrator will coordinate with a number of different parties in our growth projects from all lines of business, with a specific focus on Private Wealth Management capabilities. 


    • Manage the current environment
    • Handle ongoing customizations
    • Manage system changes and roll out of new features
    • Develop and maintain integrations with 3rd party solutions
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate outside systems through ETL/API development
    • Ensure system security and integrity
    • Maintain security and sharing rules
    • Map/reassign records and grant/remove user licenses when warranted
    • Test and QA of enhancements/changes
    • Manage system changes without disruption to users
    • Support and train users
    • Expand usage of Salesforce, training end users and incorporating their feedback
    • Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features and enhancements




    • BA/BS degree in a computer discipline (or equivalent applicable experience)
    • SFDC administrator with at least 3-5 years of related experience. 
    • Knowledge of SFDC configuration including use of data loader, Salesforce for Outlook, and other third party tools
    • Experience with data migration in and out of SFDC for objects
    • Experience on SFDC business workflow
    • Salesforce Certification ADM201
    • Experience with Financial Services Cloud and/or Lightning is preferred

    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
