The Onboarding Associate will work as part of the broader First Republic Private Wealth Management (PWM) onboarding team in support of the delivery of “white glove” service to investment professionals joining the firm. This position will assist with the smooth onboarding of newly hired Wealth Managers with a primary focus on the transition of Wealth Manager client accounts to PWM. The Associate will need to travel to offices around the country and initially work onsite with the investment professionals and support staff joining the firm.
The critical function of the job will be to work with Wealth Managers (WMs), Client Service Associates (CSAs) and Client Administration Team (CAT) colleagues to successfully open and transition client accounts to PWM. The Associate’s primary responsibility will be to complete new account paperwork in an accurate and timely manner; submit accounts for opening and ACATs for transfer; follow through on all new account processes and resolving items (such as rejects) efficiently.
