Becoming the Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) of Eagle Lending is an ideal opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in financial services, work in a collaborative environment and learn about business development and credit. We offer tremendous guidance, encouragement and training for those who want to take this path. As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for optimizing the MD's efficiency through effective administrative support including, interacting with clients, prospects, and employees, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements and acting as the liason between the MD and Private Banking Officers, lending personnel and clients. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, interacting with many different levels and departments across the bank.
