We are seeking a Lead Experience Architect with a strong UX, information architecture and interaction design background. Create inspiring, immersive and innovative ideas for our digital experience across the entire lifecycle/multiple launches within timeline and scope.
Ground ideas and concepts into technical configurations and foundations, bridging the gap between UX strategies and technical realities.
Strategize, develop, and define key features for one or more digital properties.
Conduct market research, user-centered research, and translate insights and findings into wireframes, concept diagrams and prototypes
Work in an agile methodology to efficiently build, test, reframe and launch features and digital tools. Incorporate iterative design and data-driven enhancements into sprints.
Define and create site architecture and UX design according to usability best practices, device standards, and most importantly, user tested data and company standards.
Leverage data and research to into product evaluations, usability audits, product improvement analysis, and research processes.
Present and effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process.
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Engineering, Development, Design, Content Admins, Marketing and Banking stakeholders, and external agencies.
Author, iterate, and maintain documentation including storyboards, flows, architecture, prototypes etc.
Translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible deliverables. See technical solutions through from concept to final implementation.
Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.
