The Client Service Operations Associate on the Service Excellence and Loyalty (SEAL) team is the liaison between the Client Service Associate and the various departments involved in account opening and maintenance. Outside of First Republic, SEAL members work closely with various custodians and funds for account opening, maintenance & subscriptions to alternative investments. Within First Republic, SEAL works closely with compliance, technology, and the alternative investments department to facilitate transaction and reconciliation between various alternative funds and custodians. Members gain foundational knowledge in how the Wealth Management business works from the inside out.
