    Common goals, uncommon potential

    As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a leadership role in driving client acquisition and retention campaigns while growing the Marketing function within the Eagle Lending group. You’ll draw regularly on your experience with direct mail, affiliate marketing and digital marketing campaigns and use measurable insights to make data-driven decisions. This position will give you the opportunity to work with our dynamic product and marketing teams to create and automate performance reporting on campaigns, segments and creative and use your in-depth knowledge to provide recommendations that will make meaningful contributions to our bottom line.

     

    What you’ll do as a Senior Marketing Manager:

    • Design and manage the user acquisition marketing plans for Eagle Lending products.
    • Explore the acquisition of new marketing channels and lead the implementation of new channel development, including legal/compliance review, rollout and performance testing.
    • Scale Eagle Lending’s direct mail program into a key acquisition channel, while working with our external data agency to manage the development and optimization of predictive models.
    • Test campaigns and learn about their effectiveness using A/B/n and experimental design methodology.
    • Provide sales support for industry events, partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and other activities.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to understand complex processes and technologies and translate them into simple concepts (written, graphical, architectural and verbal)
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and situations and find solutions
    • A results orientation that leads you to approach any challenge with thoughtfulness, tenacity and the appropriate urgency
    • A deep sense of curiosity, a love for digging into data, and a strong understanding of how to leverage data to build actionable campaigns that promote growth and client engagement
    • The ability to drive the creation of campaign content and assets (whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.) to support marketing strategy
    • Digital savvy and a track record of using digital and social media effectively
    • Experience managing major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
    • The ability to be a collaborative and hands-on team leader and player who builds strong relationships internally and externally
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and multiple calendars, and the ability to work well under pressure and thrive under tight deadlines
    • A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent training (MBA preferred)
    • Proficient knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • A consistently approachable and professional demeanor toward internal and external partners

    Job Demands:

    • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
