  • Overview

    The Client Experience Associate is responsible for: answering & directing all incoming calls to corporate office general numbers; greeting & directing guests arriving or leaving. Distribute incoming faxes and deliveries.  Scheduling conference rooms and bridge lines for associates.  Maintaining the lobbies and conference rooms in a neat and orderly manner.  Assisting with special projects, as needed.  Must be highly customer service oriented and able to courteously and helpfully assist customers, vendors and any individuals contacting the company.


    • Direct incoming phone calls to general corporate numbers
    • Greet & direct guests arriving or leaving lobby of corporate office
    • Courteously and helpfully assist callers and guests. Inquire & answer questions to direct the person to the right employee to meet their needs
    • Assist associates with scheduling conference rooms for their meetings
    • Schedule bridge lines for associate meetings
    • Make loan folders and marketing/loan applications packets
    • Project help
    • Hourly spot check of kitchens, conference rooms and lobbies
    • Perform opening & closing security procedures for 111 Pine. Security watch during business hours for all parties entering the floor
    • Distribute incoming faxes
    • Performs duties and responsibilities specific to department function and activities
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be able to travel as position requires.
    • May be required to lift 25-50lbs.
