In Accounting, we’re responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, processing vendor payments, processing payroll and calculating and remitting taxes. We also produce external and internal financial reports and interpret accounting guidance.

The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Controller, Accounting Department and the Executive Assistant to the Chief Accounting Officer to perform administrative and clerical duties that help the department run efficiently. You will have the opportunity to be a team player who is motivated to take on projects that require initiative and close attention to detail, while adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
