    Gradifi, a First Republic Company, is hiring for a Marketing Copywriter to develop Gradifi’s brand voice and bring it to life across a number of mediums including emails, landing pages, web content, collateral, product, video scripts, RFPs and more. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities. The Marketing Copywriter will initially report directly to Chief Marketing Officer, and be a key member of our creative team producing compelling and action-oriented content for multiple audiences at every stage of the customer journey.


    • Develop the Gradifi brand voice and adapt it for all channels and audiences.
    • Write engaging copy across all channels and formats including emails, landing pages, website, product, video, collateral and more.
    • Ensure grammatical accuracy, message clarity, and a consistent voice across all channels.
    • Work closely with product team on user-facing copy in the interfaces of software products.
    • Proofread and copyedit all copy that the company puts out with a keen attention to detail.
    • Apply SEO and other digital best practices to all web content.
    • Work independently and manage multiple products simultaneously.
    • Collaborate well across departments with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback to meet business goals while keeping a consistent voice across channels.
    • Security and compliance is a top priority at Gradifi and strict adherence to the policies and procedures of the Information Security Management System is mandatory.



    • 3-5 years experience in marketing copywriting and/or creating compelling content across a number of different channels in both B2B and B2C environments
    • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships
    • Must be a self-starter and able to work and prioritize in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
    • Adept at cross-functional collaboration
    • Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed
    • Creative with a demonstrated ability to solve (or approach) complex problems in a unique or innovative way
