    The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.

    Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Project Manager III role manages all aspects of large Corporate Online Banking Projects. The role collaborates to define scope, requirements, project governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget. The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved. The Project Manager III prepares status reports for upper management utilizing extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position may lead and/or direct the work of others.

     

    What you'll do as a Project Manager, Corporate Digital Banking:

    • Serves as project manager on large Corporate Online Banking Projects in support of an overall program, and defines and manages all aspects of project planning including scope, budget, financial forecasting, and scheduling.
    • Collaborates with business and system analysts and/or functional managers to define and vet project business and technical requirements.
    • Determines project resource requirements and procures resources.
    • Identifies project and/or program risks and collaborates with the project team and business partners to mitigate project risks.
    • Manages project and/or program communication planning and execution
    • May contribute vendor relationship management for project-related vendors; supports enterprise vendor management standards and coordinates initial contracts, contract renewals, and addendums to contracts with key project vendors.
    • Complies with enterprise project management standards.
    • Monitors project execution and escalates project issues as necessary.
    • Maintains project website and database, and issue and risk tracking logs.
    • Documents project decisions and project meetings.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    You could be a great fit if you have:

    • Four year degree or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.
    • Formal project management training or certification required.
    • Seven or more years project management experience and demonstrated success.
    • Three to five years of experience that demonstrates an understanding of IT and/or online banking operations systems and operations.
    • Requires advanced knowledge of project management principles.
    • Requires expertise in MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project.
    • Requires demonstrated knowledge in system integration and management.
    • Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to proactively interface at all levels including external vendors.
    • Proven success in running projects across different SDLC types is essential – agile (scrum, Kanban) and waterfall included.
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment under a minimum of supervision.
    • Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Job Demands

    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
    • Language, oral communication, customer contact, ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
