    The Digital Channels team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Consumer Private Banking, Corporate, and Private Wealth Management businesses. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.

    This role will involve a combination of working on digital strategy and new product initiatives, day-to-day support activities, engagement with bankers and clients and project related activities. While strategic thinking and coordination are important elements of this role, this individual will be required to take an active role leading and directly contributing to requirements, design, testing, deliverable preparation and other activities related to project delivery.


    The Senior Product Manager – Corporate Digital Banking is responsible for initiatives supporting First Republic Bank’s Digital Corporate Cash Management offering. This individual will work closely with other lines of business and cross-functional teams within First Republic for end-to-end delivery of new functionality across multiple digital platforms (e.g. desktop, mobile).



    What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager:

    • Manage all aspects of the product life-cycle, including strategy, business vision, roadmap generation, user story creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning and release management.
    • Develop deep understanding of clients’ use of Corporate Digital Banking by actively engaging with clients, the First Republic Relationship Managers, and other lines of business. Actively solicit and represent the “voice of the customer.”
    • Participate in the capital planning process by defining the business case and budget requirements. Champion the product vision and roadmap to secure project funding.
    • Keep apprised of industry trends and shifts in the competitive landscape. Incorporate relevant products within our digital ecosystem starting with pilots/proof of concepts to launching them into production.
    • Understand the regulatory, legal and security context to maintain compliance and manage risk.
    • Lead cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.       Partner with Technology and QA. Conduct user acceptance testing.
    • Optimize the services of our partner vendors by effectively managing the relationships and their deliverables.
    • Define and analyze metrics that provide insight into the success of your products and utilize these metrics effectively for key product decisions
    • Perform activities specific to department functions as assigned by supervisor.
    • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with the applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.) 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting suspicious activity to the AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.


    You could be a great fit if you have:

    • Undergraduate degree required
    • 10+ years of product management experience required, digital based services preferred
    • 5+ years of experience of Corporate Cash Management Digital experience required
    • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
    • Language, oral communication, customer contact, ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
    • Deep experience with Product Management and, ideally financial services. Prior experience with Corporate Digital Banking is required.
    • Experience in defining the strategic roadmap for a product or products. Ability to communicate and champion that roadmap throughout the organization.
    • Ability to look at key client needs along with the latest technology trends impacting the financial services/Fintech space.
    • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
    • Ability to manage competing demands of multiple internal stakeholders, business areas, and external providers to develop a roadmap and deliver high quality solutions.
    • Expertise in software implementation projects using Agile with hands on, “roll up your sleeves” experience.
    • Full Lifecycle ownership from ideation through to implementation and support.
    • A strong team player and leader with excellent planning and managerial skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to deliver presentations across the firm.
