Administrative Services and Facilities comprises several groups supporting corporate office operations for First Republic, including Facilities, Corporate Purchasing, Mail Room, Reception, and Architectural Design & Development. Our people serve our colleagues’ in-office needs in multiple regions throughout the United States.

The Manager, Facilities & Administrative Services –Florida, will work directly with the Director of Facilities and Admin Services East Coast Region, to oversee the facilities maintenance, branch build-outs, tenant improvements, and office moves for the Florida Region. As the Manager, Facilities & Administrative Services, this person must have a strong understanding of lease and contract language. The manager will also have strong project management and communication skills for directing and coordinating a variety of facilities projects & providing administrative services supports for the Company. This knowledge will also be used to direct staff, vendors, and contract resources for the Facilities & Administrative Services Division.
