    As a Client Service Manager, you will lead a Client Service Team of 30 to 35 associates, providing daily oversight on a wide range of sales, service, administrative and relationship management support activities; participate in developing policies and procedures; provide back-up support to the Regional Client Service Manager; and assist the Client Service Team in client-specific projects.


    What you’ll do as a Client Service Manager:

    • Hire, train, manage and lead a highly effective Client Service Team of 30 to 35 to ensure exceptional client experience is consistently delivered to both internal and external clients.
    • Develop and implement new career path roles and opportunities within Client Service.
    • Partner with Wealth Managers to understand their business and pipeline in order to help optimize best practices and implement appropriate support models.
    • Identify, escalate and provide solutions to mitigate and manage enterprise risk, improve operating efficiencies and harmonize workflows and expectations across the firm.
    • Assist with the onboarding and integration of new Advisor Teams.
    • Handle day-to-day questions and manage the escalation of sensitive and timely issues.


    You could be a great fit if you have:

    •  At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry working with high net worth individuals and families; with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required; Series 9/10 or 24 highly preferred — or must obtain within 90 days of employment
    • Experience with project management and platform implementation preferred
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce, Addepar, Pershing’s NetXInvestor and Bloomberg a plus
    • A working knowledge of the securities industry, including a broad understanding of capital markets and how products trade, settled and are invested
    • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and client relationship management skills — whether interaction is in person, over the telephone or via email
    • A desire and capacity to thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing global market environment, coupled with the ability to work with a sense of ambiguity in a somewhat autonomous environment
    • Strong interpersonal and change management skills, with the ability to exercise discretion and apply independent judgement

    Job Demands:

    • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
