    The Digital Technology senior mobile developer is focused on executing of full stack mobile & responsive mobile web solution for Corporate banking clients.  The candidate will be working as a member of mobile scrum team to review the product backlog/epics/user stories, develop the system design/prototype and software solution delivery by leveraging various in-house and vendor solutions. In-depth knowledge and expertise with mobile development (iOS/Android/Hybrid) best practices, rich expertise of muti device solution implementation will be necessary to succeed in this role.


    • Establish and maintain strong partnership with the business owners/product owners.
    • Work with Business Owners/Product Owners and system leads(including vendor solutions) to logically design and negotiate solutions and participate in the long-term planning for products.
    • Ensures commitments are met while providing high quality and cost effective systems that meet customer’s expectations.
    • Full stack hand-on mobile development for native mobile app design and implementation (iOS and Android), including system analysis, test driven applicaiton development, unit test, test automation, code review and application maintenance support.
    • Adapt Digital Agile approach and work with mobile vendor to implement the mobile solution. 
    • Capable of designing frameworks for native app development
    • Code and ship complex new mobile features and apps at high velocity and high quality with well-structured code
    • Keeping up-to-date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to rapid changing digital environment.
    • Work with the application support team and external vendors to ensure all applications are supported according to their SLAs.
    • Troubleshoot debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments
    • Work with server engineers to design API specs
    • Propose and implement one or more process improvements to make our engineering team even better
    • Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities
      Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.

    Responsibilities include the following: 

    1. Adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.)
    2. Adhering to Bank policies and procedures,
    3. Completing required training
    4. Identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer
    5. Knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank. 


    • Bachelor’s degree; and 5+ years direct experience in software development; and 3+ years in mobile solution and implementation.
    • Experience in Native Mobile app development ( Android/ iOS devices); hands-on Java and/or Swift/Object-C and/or React Native code.
    • Experience using React/JavaScript to build front-end web or native application experiences
    • Act as subject matter expert for iOS/Android development
    • Experience in test-driven development & test automation.
    • Attention to detail, carefully crafting both tests and code
    • Code and ship complex new mobile features and apps at high velocity and high quality with well-structured code
    • Troubleshoot debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments
    • Experience working with the Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
    • Backend web service and API knowledge.
    • Organization skill and ability to multi-task.

    Mental/Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions; understand the meanings of words and respond effectively; and perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
