    The Gradifi Sales Development Representative will help identify employers looking to offer meaningful benefits for an engaged and empowered workforce. The SDR will manage all aspects of prospect development for outbound opportunities through pre-sale, qualifying opportunity, and handoff to Director. This position will best suit a highly motivated, detail-focused individual who is looking for a new challenge. The candidate should be able to work efficiently and effectively in both a team environment as well as independently. This role provides the opportunity for internal growth and added responsibilities as goals are exceeded.

     

    What you'll do as a Gradifi Sales Development Representative:

    • Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for Sales Director team.
    • Effectively use sales enablement tools to make initial contact and qualify prospects.
    • Complete outbound cold calls/emails and follow up
    • Utilize information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to properly position business to prospect.
    • Coordinate with Sales Director in hand-off when opening an opportunity and in some cases, see through the full sales process with accounts.
    • Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects’ risks and needs, and present Gradifi’s unique value proposition to convert prospect to qualified opportunity.
    • Assists Directors in the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion.
    • Ensures that up-to-date prospective client information is maintained in CRM.
    • Maintain and grow a pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.
    • Support sales efforts by adhering to department standards and providing timely and accurate updates on pipeline progression/growth.
    • Become a subject matter expert for the Gradifi educational benefit offering. 
    • Collaborate with partners across other business units to strengthen client relationships with the Gradifi offering.

    • Fundamental knowledge of office databases and company sales technology tools.
    • Ability to identify and leverage essential information and think in a critical and logical manner
    • Ability to work in a client-centric, strategic and decisive manner according to tight deadlines
    • Demonstrates a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and displays the ability to act independently

    Job Demands:

    • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
    • Must be able to travel as position requires.
