    As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle communication with clients and prospects, paving the way for successful interactions at all levels of the Bank.

    What you’ll do as an Administrative Assistant:

    • Provide administrative support for the two Managing Directors on the Century City-based Business and Estate Planning Team.
    • Manage and schedule client/prospect meetings, internal team preparation sessions, travel between appointments and call scheduling. Balance the needs of internal bank partners, clients, prospects and centers of influence.
    • Book all necessary travel for the Managing Directors in accordance with the current First Republic travel policy.
    • Process and submit expense reports 2x per month
    • Collaborate with other team members to make sure all client engagement deadlines are met

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task under deadline
    • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills – service oriented approach to work
    • Ability to critically think through scheduling and travel scenarios and make decisions with limited oversight
    • Process orientation to task management and follow-through
    • At least 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced work environment in the Financial Services or Banking sectors
    • BS/BA degree, Securities and/or Insurance licensed preferred.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint  

    Job Demands:

    • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
    • May be required to lift 25-50lbs.
