    The Marketing and Communications group provides the tools, resources and guidance to support our bankers and wealth managers in growing existing client relationships and building new ones. We serve as a strategic partner to our stakeholders in helping to maintain a best-in-class Net Promoter Score through safeguarding and promoting our brand of exceptional client service.

     

    The Marketing Coordinator will support the Nonprofit Business Banking Marketing Director. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in increasing First Republic’s value proposition and reputation for serving nonprofits by: (i) providing support in planning and executing events and conferences in all markets in coordination with the events team; (ii) tracking and maintaining data relevant to First Republic’s nonprofit practice; (iii) assisting in the development and maintenance of internal and external marketing materials and campaigns; and (iv) supporting nonprofit bankers with sales enablement tools and resources.

     

    What you'll do as a Business Banking Marketing Coordinator (Nonprofit)

    • Support the nonprofit strategy and goals that drive business objectives.
    • In coordination with the events team, assist in the planning and execution of external events—both local and national—including project timeline, budget tracking, scheduling, mailing list management, organization of collateral and promotional materials and coordination with outside vendors.
    • Research and maintain an ongoing list of relevant speakers and subject matter experts for nonprofit events and content.
    • Maintain an annual calendar of conferences, identify new opportunities, coordinate conference materials, and monitor sponsorship details and deadlines.
    • Coordinate with the Financial Executive Alliance for nonprofits in all markets to support robust participation and ensure consistent branding.
    • Prepare and track monthly reports by analyzing, and summarizing portfolio data.
      Refine client data and prospect lists in each of our markets; maintain mailing lists and facilitate the annual update process.
    • Assist in organizing and implementing an engagement strategy for clients; researching relevant touch points and thoughtful campaigns.
    • Facilitate the development of print and digital marketing materials including but not limited to evites, proposal templates, slicks and promotional items.
    • Maintain a calendar of client spotlights, articles and white papers; track topic ideas and spotlight submissions.
    • Support the communication of best practices among Business Bankers and other colleagues, developing internal marketing materials as needed.
    • Help business bankers and RMs create individualized plans to support nonprofit client needs such as invitations to relevant events, client appreciation gestures, hosting alumni or Board meetings, or financial literacy programming.
    • Collaborate with CRA teams to identify employee volunteer opportunities.
    • Cultivate sector knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
    • Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities or as assigned by supervisor.
    • Participate in the development of department policies and/or procedures and assist with client specific projects as assigned.

    • Proficient knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent training required.
