    The Marketing and Communications group provides the tools, resources and guidance to support our bankers and wealth managers in growing existing client relationships and building new ones. We serve as a strategic partner to our stakeholders in helping to maintain a best-in-class Net Promoter Score through safeguarding and promoting our brand of exceptional client service.


    First Republic is looking for a Content Producer to oversee marketing content initiatives across multiple platforms to drive engagement, retention and lead an extraordinary client experience.

    Reporting to the senior director of content marketing, this person will support the strategy, development and content implementation for the company, across multiple lines of business, and will be an expert in all things related to content, brand, channel optimization, analytics and meaningful measurement. You’ll be a go-to content partner for clients and industry experts at the top of their fields, as well as a sounding board for the internal team on what’s great and what’s next. You have superb communication skills, a natural drive for excellence and a genuine love of storytelling married with business acumen. You can confidently build a compelling narrative from insightful observations and data. You’re an essential team member tasked with inspiring and influencing clients and prospects, working alongside our team to develop strategic approaches for a range of audiences, industries, geographic markets, products and executions.

    This position will collaborate closely with the rest of the Content Marketing Team, as well as colleagues within the Marketing department, Compliance, Legal and agency partners. You thrive on teamwork, and you enjoy learning from others and bringing something new to the table.

    What you'll do as a Content Producer

    • Work to cultivate an engaging content brand that acts and speaks uniquely First Republic and deepens the relationship people have with the brand through content
    • Think like a publisher/journalist, leading the development of content initiatives to build trust, increase engagement and drive new and current business
    • Craft and conduct interviews with high-profile clients and First Republic lines of business subject matter experts
    • Maintain functional Editorial Calendar supporting content categories and business verticals, and targeting particular persona groups
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, video and print
    • Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing and retiring content. Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution and maintenance
    • Partner with writers, content strategists, visual designers and project managers, providing stellar, precise creative direction and business rationale as appropriate
    • Run inspiring internal briefing sessions, working closely with the team to keep projects on-track and optimized for success
    • Strategizing new ways and ideas to integrate content activities within marketing campaigns
    • Manage pipeline of licensed articles with strategic content partners


    What skills you will use: 

    • BS in English/Journalism/Communications/Marketing, MA/MS in Marketing would be preferable
    • Articulate and compelling storyteller across mediums
    • Experience with developing content for a wide range of creative initiatives-e.g. integrated brand campaigns, email communications, product launches
    • A strong passion for understanding people and key audiences, to help us connect with clients in a meaningful way
    • Experience in or curious about the financial world, its products and how to market to clients/prospects
    • Familiarity with marketing to an affluent audience
    • Experience with content marketing in a B2B and B2C environment, across industries
    • Demonstrated focus on efficiencies, measurement and effectiveness reporting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience with editing for key audiences
    • Confident understanding of content marketing best practices, particularly in mobile, social media, video content and emerging channels
    • Detail-oriented, ferociously organized, innovative and self-motivated; people love working with you because they know you’ll follow through
    • Highly resourceful and creative problem-solver
