    The Marketing and Communications group provides the tools, resources and guidance to support our bankers and wealth managers in growing existing client relationships and building new ones. We serve as a strategic partner to our stakeholders in helping to maintain a best-in-class Net Promoter Score through safeguarding and promoting our brand of exceptional client service.


    What you'll do as a Coordinator, Strategic Partnerships:

    • Work with VP of Strategic Partnerships (East Coast) and Director of Strategic Partnerships (West Coast) on the following ongoing projects:
      • Local roll-out and updating/maintenance of Cybergrants online volunteerism platform and assist with execution and user inquiries
      • Corporate donation fulfillment (grants, merchandise donations)
      • Maintain sponsorship asset inventory and sponsorship asset fulfillment (charity ads, staffing events, filling gala tables, ticket allocation; logos, etc.)
      • Track and update strategic partnerships budget and build for following year
      • Work with Regional Managing Directors to determine CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) eligibility, work with Community Reinvestment group to help fulfill donation requests
      • Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility volunteerism events and act as Volunteer Ambassador on the East Coast
      • Assist with compilation of content for marketing collateral related to Corporate Social Responsibility
      • Event execution for sponsorship-related events in all East Coast Markets
      • Assist with development of new markets through donation and event strategy and execution

    • Collaborative and “hands-on” team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally. 
    • Always presents an approachable and professional demeanor to internal and external partners.
    • Proficient knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
    • Bachelor degree in business/marketing or equivalent training required 
    • Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
    • Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
    • Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
    • Position involves sitting much of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
    • Must be willing/able to work at evening events on occasion.
    • Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
