As the Manager of Marketing Operations you will play a crucial role in our Eagle Lending group, overseeing the technical operations for the Marketing Team. This will include owning the marketing tech stack to optimize and run campaigns that meet the business goals and manage the onboarding of new marketing technology tools. We’re looking for a highly process oriented and data-driven leader to add to our growing team.


What you will do as the Marketing Operations Manager:

  • Hands-on operations management – oversee the marketing tech stack to run marketing campaigns; this includes the ability to conduct A/B tests and apply knowledge of standard methodologies to drive performance, as well managing projects that involve new channel development and process improvement for campaign operations with the ability to create new campaigns from inception to execution
  • Optimize new marketing tools – manage the campaign deployment and optimization of a new Marketing Automation and CRM Platform project over the next 12 months
  • Develop segmentation strategies – pull data using SQL to create impactful segments for list-based marketing initiatives and conducts QA on emails and other important campaign assets
  • Provide effective leadership on performance and analytics – effectively partner with other marketing team members and key business stakeholders on campaign strategies and provide leadership on the technical aspects of campaigns; this includes ensuring that campaigns and platforms are trackable and measurable, as well as creating reports within the platform and supporting ad hoc reporting requests


You could be a great fit if you have:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on Marketing Automation experience in Marketing Operations and delivering performance-based marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to build solutions from scratch or take existing operations to the next level, specifically in the marketing automation space
  • A strong understanding of different types of marketing analytics programs, their use-cases and how lead lifecycles/smart lists/campaigns/filters work
  • A strong understanding of database concepts, end-points, web hooks and APIs
  • Experience using SQL
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity – providing leadership in a dynamic fast moving environment with imperfect information
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to get people excited about the prospect and potential of what MarTech can do for the organization

Preferred but not necessary:

  • Marketo for Marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM
  • Managed or previous involvement with the integration of Marketo or Salesforce

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
