Our Digital Technologies team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer-Sitecore  In this position you will help design and implement end-to-end solutions as part of the First Republic Bank’s Digital Technologies digital marketing offerings. The job will include reviewing business requirements, performing system analysis, creating and documenting high level designs, identifying test and implementation strategy, creating prototypes, build auto-deployment pipelines, operation support, and guide extended teams on projects.

 

By providing solution designs, you will help drive the direction across platforms that interacts with Sitecore. Using your communications skills, you will work with our business and marketing teams to identify scalable solutions that balance requirements and capabilities. You will collaborate with vendors, internal Information Services team (IS) and business groups to drive the delivery of solutions. As a member of the digital implementation team, you will provide guidance and support for other efforts. The Sitecore developer reports to the Digital Technologies, Director, Digital Marketing.

 

What you’ll do as a Senior Full Stack Developer-Sitecore

  • Lead end-to-end (conception, development, maintenance and evolution) implementation of digital solutions using Sitecore Content Management System. Works as part of the digital implementation team to meet with business and IS teams to identify problems and define design. Partner closely with technical teams supporting infrastructure builds, application development, deployment and testing.
  • Owns technology platforms (such as Sitecore) and solutions implemented by team. Collaborates with stakeholders on upgrade & maintenance strategy for each components. Introduces services to solutions according to needs and teams' maturity. Define Sitecore content structure, generate content reports, work with stakeholders for auditing and efficient content management. Looks out for new opportunities.
  • Creates artifacts following FRB standards to document the proposed design. These artifacts will be created by eliciting, analyzing, validating and managing technical requirements definition, flows and deliverables for projects.
  • Work closely with our business partners (UX designers, content team, analytics team and product managers) to propose design and implement system solution.
  • Design robust integration between Sitecore CMS, Reporting, Analytics, Personalization and Email Marketing Platform.
  • Responsible for hand-on development using Microsoft technologies and JavaScript frameworks. Integrate with Sitecore modules and 3rd party vendor systems.
  • Provides assistance to support teams during troubleshooting and issue triage, helping to resolve issues and identify gaps that would need remediation.
  • Provide support during production rollout and day-to-day operation.
  • Collaborates with the QA and UAT teams to define test strategy and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices.
  • Use Powershell, Jenkins and Artifactory for Continuous integration and deployment of Sitecore components into various environments.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
  • Responsibilities include the following: 1) adhering to and complying with all applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.), 2) adhering to Bank policies and procedures, 3) completing required training, 4) identifying and reporting potential suspicious activity to the BSA/AML Officer, and 5) knowing and verifying the identity of any customer(s) that enters into a relationship with the Bank.

  • What skills you will use:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred.
    • Sitecore certified developer.
    • Must have 7+ years of full-stack development experience with financial services or Marketing applications using .Net Core, C#, MVC, ReactJS, etc.
    • Must have hands-on experience deploying applications and resource management in Azure.
    • Strong and proven technical skills across various internal and external systems, including public facing web applications, OAuth-based APIs, Marketo Engage platform, etc.
    • Information Technology architecture and system and data Integration knowledge and practices.
    • Proficient in agile software development life cycle - including requirement analysis, preparing high - level program technical specifications, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and troubleshooting - test-driven development.
    • Strong sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables, coupled with a sense of personal ownership for key projects / issue resolution.
    • Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Expertise in innovation and the ability to think strategically about how to advance business-led solutions.
    • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals.
