This is a great opportunity to have exposure to the world of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.  As an intern working in the Talent Acquisition department you will work on projects focused on continued development of our college recruiting, internship and community programs. 


What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Intern:

  • Work closely with the recruiting team to support summer internship and campus recruiting strategy/projects
  • Support all talent programs and operations including: the intern program, university relations, diversity and inclusion efforts, recruitment marketing and events, and more
  • Help manage intern reporting by capturing and analyzing data to help us make informed talent decisions around our programs and operations
  • Organize and support various summer internship events
  • Act as social media manager for the intern program
  • Support planning for special project and recruiting event support as needed
  • Coordinate on-site interviews, evaluation and documentation of interview feedback, as well as completion of all requirements


 You could be a great fit if you:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  • Successful applicants will possess good research, writing and organization skills, as well as high attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Candidates should have a high interest in the recruitment function
  • Candidates should have good analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a can-do attitude
  • Candidates should understand how to utilize the internet and various social media sites for research including LinkedIn and Twitter.

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
