Client Service Manager: Our Client Service Managers report into the Head of Client Service and Transition Management for Private Wealth Management. The Accounts Payable Manager oversees daily accounts payable operations, including but not limited to, invoice payment processing and controls.  This position is responsible for data integrity on operational expense information to management and financial reporting.  This manager implements and assesses Accounts Payable internal controls in compliance with Bank policies and regulations.  Moreover, this individual assists internal and external auditors on financial and operational reviews and audits.   What you’ll do as an Accounts Payable Manager: - Supervise and develop staff personnel and review staff assignments. - Review and approve daily balancing work of staff to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of outstanding issues. - Responsible for managing process for all disbursements including check runs, Wires, and ACH. - Responsible for Bank’s T&E policy updates, processes and platform Process, Audit Rule, Accounting Segments, Expense Types to be aligned with Business Expense Policy and process - Ensure maintenance of effective controls and appropriate accounting procedures for the areas of responsibility, including evaluation of processes and controls for compliance with SOX while functioning with accuracy and timeliness - Provide extraordinary service to our internal and external clients and response to inquiries promptly and accurately - Monitor prepaid and accrual activities on a regular basis. - Perform various detailed variance analysis and ad hoc reports on expenses for P&L line trend and other financial requirements. - Responsible for accurate and timely completion of A/P month-end and year-end closing process. - Prepare and review journal entries to AP-related accounts, prepare reconciliations for these accounts, clear any applicable reconciling items, and prepare any schedules required for the audit or management. - Monitor and maintain the monthly Accounts Payable related account certification process. - Responsible for annual 1099 printing, mailing filings and accuracy of vendor master file for 1099 reporting requirements. - Prepare, and implement training for internal staff on AP-related tasks
